Operating Temperature Range
The temperature of supply air and environment should be in the range of -20 to +55°C (-4 to +131°F), avoiding direct sunshine and high radiant heat.
Max. Operating Pressure
From Supply Air Inlet to Dry Air Outlet : 0.85MPa(Gauge) [120psig]
From Purging Air Inlet to Purging Air Outlet : 0.05MPa(Gauge) [7.1psig]
In order to remove drainage, dust, etc., we recommend that a filter (filtering capacity of less than 5?m) be installed at the inlet line of supply air.
It may decrease dehumidifying efficiency if drainage is mixed into the inlet line.
We therefore recommend that an automatic drain system be installed at the inlet of supply air.
When a SUNSEP-WTM unit is used for the line from a lubricating type compressor, we recommend that an automatic oil-mist separator be installed at the inlet line of supply air.
Such an oil-mist separator must have an oil filterability capability of less than 0.3?m (95% collection capability of dust diameter) and also should have an oil-mist collection capability so the secondary side oil-mist concentration must be less than 1mg/m3.
Supply air should be clean and free of dust, corrosive gas, organic solvent, and chemicals.
Excessive pressure should not be applied to the purging air inlet and outlet. (max. 0.05MPa(Gauge) [7.1psig])
In the case of operation with a small amount of purging air, not more than 10L/min(ANR) [0.35scfm], and we recommend that a small orifice be used instead of a needle valve.
In the case of installing a pressure reducing valve, we recommend that the valve be installed at the outlet line of dry air, which will increase dehumidifying efficiency.
