Principle For Water Vapor Permeation
When the difference of the moisture concentration between inside and outside of hollow fiver membrane occurs, a power to make the concentration equal will be worked.
The moisture will transfer through the membrane to the direction of lower concentration of moisture.
- High Selectivity:
-
Flemion is Ion-exchange membrane with nonporous which is almost no penetration of gases other than moisture.
-
When wet air passes through the inside of the hollow fiber membrane, oxygen and nitrogen almost never permeate, so only water vapor permeate from inside to outside.
- High chemical Resistance:
- Flemion is a fluorine-containing co-polymer of Tetrafluoro ethylene and Perfluoro vinyl ether. Even samples contain corrosive gases like hydrogen chloride or hydrogen sulfide or SOx, NOx, etc, can be dried or humidified by our membrane material.
